When you work with your diaphragm chakra to let yourself feel again it helps to release stress, increase cortisol, helps you get in touch with deeper things that you may have been shutting off. These are not always bad things either.
  • It’s amazing that people can spend decades running away from emotions that are attached to a core wound. They have a feeling they’re afraid to feel again, so they wrap layers of other emotions around it. The deepest part of healing is removing those layers, getting in touch with them, feeling them & releasing them until you get to the core. Once you get to the core & release that, the dynamic of whatever that trauma/upset releases & you’re feed up & have more energy to do other things like be happy, be motivated to accomplish your goals.
