Sharing thoughts about the life of Pat Stephens, who has passed away at the age of 77, on Wednesday on La Crosse Talk. One of the people in the community who spent time in a variety of settings was Vicki Markussen of LADCO. She's worked with Pat in different ways over the years but also got to see a different side as they watched young family members play basketball together. She spoke about his love of the area and giving back to the community.
