Dr. Vincent Ma is a medical oncologist at UW-Health Carbone Cancer Center.  He is also an associate professor of medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Dr. Ma spoke to W-I-Z-M LaCrosseTalk host Sean Dwyer about a new cancer vaccine.
