Moon Tunes is a free summer concert series held Thursday evenings at Riverside Park in LaCrosse.  It has become one the the city's most beloved summer tradition.  It features local and regional musicians.  This year it will wrap up with a performance by the UW-L Screaming Eagles.  Terry Bauer joined LaCrosseTalk to discuss this musical event which seems to hit all the right notes.
