Dr. Nikole Neidlinger is the Medical Director of UW-Organ and Tissue Donation at UW-Health.  She is a transplant surgeon. Doctor Neidlinger organizes organ procurement for most of Wisconsin, parts of Illinois and the UP.  Nikole Neidlinger believes transplant surgery is technology driven, but requires the human spirit of hope and generosity.  She shared her message on WIZM La Crosse Talk.
