Rachel King is the new La Crosse County Health Director. King will lead a staff of 52 at the County Health Department.  She is a UW-L graduate and has spent the last seven years working as Health Educator and Epidemiologist. She spoke to LaCrosseTalk host Sean Dwyer about how the department works to nurture and improve local health.
