Thirty years after the Oklahoma City bombing, survivor Amy Downs is still sharing the moment that changed her life. Downs was a 28‑year‑old credit union employee on the third floor of the Murrah Federal Building when the bomb exploded on April 19, 1995. She was thrown three stories down and buried upside‑down under roughly ten feet of rubble, struggling to breathe in the darkness and unsure whether she was alive or dead. She shares her story locally with Women's Fund luncheon audience

AARP Foundation is the independent charitable affiliate of AARP.  The mission is  to end senior and support vulnerable older  adults over 50.  Last tax season the La Crosse and Onalaska sites combined to serve of over 900 taxpayers in the area.  Volunteer Dick Daleki spoke on W-I-Z-M LaCrosseTalk about the program and need for volunteers.
