La Crosse Mayor Mitch Reynolds joined WIZM’s La Crosse Talk on Wednesday discussing a range of topics, including the city's new balloon release ban, the future of the old Kmart, the impact of a federal funding freeze on La Crosse and some positive news on homelessness.
