Rick Kyte is the Endowed Chair in the D.B. Reinhart Institute for ethics in leadership at Viterbo University.  He is known for his book "Finding Your Third Place." He is a Rotarian and involved in the local leadership and ethics programming.  Mr. Kyte joined LaCrosseTalk host Sean Dwyer to discuss a vision for the future of leadership development.
