Lancaster Country native Daryl Heller and his company that managed a national ATM network was sued in August for over $80 million in missed payments to investors.
Since the suit was filed, the plaintiffs have won a $138 million judgement against Heller’s company and he has been ordered to turn all his ATMs over to the investors. Authorities have also raided Paramount’s offices.
