If there ever was an individual perfromance to get a coach fired, yesterday's Packer loss to the 2-9 Cardinals certainly qualifies.  Rodgers didn't seem to care, giving the impression that he had no interest in playing for his coach.  Even if this wasn't Rodger's intent, he's WAY too smart to not understand that everyone would certainly interperet it that way.  It's early, but who is the favorite to become McCarthy's sucessor?
