Mexican baseball is coming back to Tucson but this time and for the first time it's the Mexican Pacific Winter League regular season as Obregon takes on Mexicali at Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium and Mike Feder paints the bigger picture of what they are trying to accomplish by hosting this event.
