Hugh Van Cuylenburg began his career as a primary school teacher, and is now changing lives when it comes to teaching kids and adults about resilience, through The Resilience Project, a program that promotes mental health and resilience in schools and communities. Hugh is also one of the hosts of the hit podcast The Imperfects, a dad of three and a very wise guy.
