Natick battles fire on South Main Street

Firefighters from several communities worked to extinguish a fast-moving multi-alarm fire in a building near Natick Common that was first called in to 911 at 1:24 a.m. July 22, 2019.

At least eight businesses are affected by the blaze that has destroyed the single-story commercial building.

The 13,000-square-foot building was built in the early-1900s and has gone through many renovations. The building houses numbers 2 to 7 South Main St.
