On the Mar. 1, 2026 public affairs program, Operations Director Joel Davenport and Community Energy Services Manager Andrew Reynolds of the Holland Board of Public Works described the 2026-2028 Holland Community Energy Plan before the Feb. 18, 2026 meeting of the Holland City Council, as the governing panel unanimously approved the plan after the presentation.
