In our very first episode, we'll be chatting with Grant Hackett OAM, CEO of Generation Development Group and 3 x Olympic Gold Medallist. You may know Grant Hackett for being unbeaten in the 1500 metre race from 1996 to 2007. What you might not know is that while he was doing all that, he was trading shares, studying commerce & law and quietly planning his second act.

That second act? He's now Group CEO of Generation Development Group (ASX: GDG), which he's helped grow from $694 million to $40 billion in funds under management.

We sat down with Grant for our latest In Conversation episode. He shared his childhood heroes, strange superstitions, public setbacks and the mindset that carried him from the pool to the boardroom.
