Gov. JB Pritzker was in Bloomington-Normal today as local groups celebrated a $21.7 million state grant. It'll be used to help create a new hub for wraparound services for youth, such as counseling, dental care, education and food services. That hub will go in the former Pantagraph building in Downtown Bloomington.
