It's been nearly a year since the state of Illinois recognized the tenured and tenure-track faculty union at Illinois State University. And it's been just about that long that the two parties have been bargaining the 650-member union's first contract. The nine months ISU and the United Faculty of ISU have spent at the table is longer than some may have expected. Associate professor Keith Pluymers tells WGLT's Lyndsay Jones one point of frustration is that economic proposals (things that would determine salary and raises) have not been brought up so far.
