And OSF Healthcare is mourning the death of a doctor from Peoria who died in a car crash. In a Facebook post, representatives of OSF said 47 year old Doctor Syed Imam was part of the medical staff at Saint Mary Medical Center in Galesburg and Holy Family Medical Center in.

Monmouth OSF representatives say they are deeply saddened by the loss. According to the Warren County Coroner's office, Doctor Imam was pronounced dead Thursday afternoon after a car crash between a car and a semi-tractor trailer at an intersection west of Monmouth. I'm Ben.
