From the WGLT newsroom, I'm Ben Howell. Reconcile Church in Bloomington has found a temporary home for this weekend's services after its roof collapsed on Wednesday night. Pastor Tim Allison says it's not clear yet where the church may rebuild or relocate.

Allison says the roof on the 123 year old building was already not in good shape when recent heavy rains likely stressed the roof beyond capacity.

Students from the Bloomington Career Academy were just a few of more than 18,000 students at the Skills USA National Competition this year. Mkayla Walker, a junior from Hayworth, says Skills USA tests students' skills in more than 100 career-focused competitions.

I worked was there was um different tables, and each table had like a station, different stations with like scenarios, like a task list to this, this and this. A lot of it was mainly like networking. Walker competed against around 20 other teams in the cybersecurity portion of competition.
