I meet people who have false ideas about Biblical Christianity, and sometimes they have a hodgepodge view of who Jesus is, and so when I talk to them, I want to be secure in not just my OWN THEOLOGICAL INTERPRETATION, but more importantly, in what the Bible says about Jesus so that I can clearly explain it to them.
There are a lot of faiths out there that have skewed ideas about Jesus:
So today we’ll focus on why JESUS HAD to be the SON of MAN in order to SAVE the world.
We remember, of course, that when God made Adam and Eve, he also gave them the GIFT of FREE WILL. People often challenge the goodness of God, by saying, “If God is so good, why is there death and suffering, and my answer is always: BECAUSE HE GAVE US FREE WILL.
GOD GAVE EVERYTHING to Creation that it needed, including LOVE, and the ONLY THING of VALUE that His creation could GIVE to God, was to RETURN His love. And LOVE is NOT VALUABLE, unless it is FREELY given.
But then for that love to be FREELY GIVEN, there had to be ANOTHER CHOICE, so God planted the garden with the TREE of the KNOWLEDGE of GOOD and EVIL. So when they took the fruit, Adam and Eve BROUGHT this knowledge into the world. From THEN ON, EVERY child born would have the CURSE of death in their BLOOD, and the KNOWLEDGE of Good and EVIL.
