The Opposition Leader says the Local Government Minister should be sacked for "sneaky" conduct.
It comes after the Government dropped an entrenchment clause to lock in public water ownership, in the controversial three waters reform -- added under urgency last month.
National's Chris Luxon claims [told Heather du-Plessis Allan] Nanaia Mahuta went against a Cabinet agreement not to introduce entrenchment.
He says it shows Jacinda Ardern's lost control.
