Alan is the owner of the home bordering Hutt Intermediate School, where a 5.5m climbing tower built by the school looks directly into his home. He says students yell and throw things, and peeping Toms look through at night. 

He spoke to Nick Mills about his fight to move the structure, first reported by the NZ Herald this week.
