New Zealand's aged care system could be in for a shakeup to prepare the high volumes of Kiwi's that will need care.

By 2060 roughly one in four New Zealanders could be over 65.  

The new aged-care report 'A Place to Grow Old: Securing the future of aged care', contains 40 recommendations and says the existing system cannot meet demand safely, fairly or sustainably without major reform.  

 Aged Care Association CEO Hon. Tracey Martin joins the show to share possible solutions to this growing issue.
