Having had Complex PTSD since nineteen, Steve has gone through a long journey with PTSD.  Steve has found success in his recovery by undertaking innovative Psychedelic Therapies.  Today Steve is a part of Mind Medicine Australia's lived experience board.   

In this episode, Steve talks about his journey with PTSD, how PTSD affected his emotional state and his daily life, how the European approach to PTSD recovery is different to Australia's approach, how friends and family can help those going through PTSD, and his experience with psychedelic therapy.
