When tragic news stories capture headlines it can be easy to be traumatised by what you see. 

Recently images and videos from Bondi Beach, have been shared all across social media documenting a mass shooting that's killed 15 people and injured dozens of others.

National Indigenous crisis support service 13 YARN is urging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders to check in with each other.
