International Coaching Expert Wayne Goldsmith told Piney you can’t think of an AI tool like you would Google, but instead you treat it like an assistant manager or coach.
“The more time I spend training them to understand what it is I’m trying to do and who I’m coaching, the better the solutions will be that I get.”
