New England test cricket coach Stephen Fleming is looking forward to having time with players as he begins his new role. 

The former Black Caps captain comes to the role from a long stint with Chennai in the Indian Premier League. 

He told Piney you don't get a lot of time with players in T20 environments. 

Fleming says he's looking forward to having players for a fair bit of time – trying to have an influence and create a culture that is excellent. 

Coming from New Zealand cricket, Fleming also highlights one thing we and England have in common: a love of beating Australia.
