The Crusaders put a rotated Hurricanes side to the sword in Christchurch yesterday, running out 47-14 winners.
Newly capped centurion Sevu Reece dotted down for two tries and was handed the kicking tee from the sideline by first five Taha Kemara after his second.
The week leading up to the game was very emotional and full on, Reece told Piney, full of reflecting on the journey that led him to this game.
He says it feels pretty cool to be able to say that he’s converted a try.
