Rugby governance issues have been the big story of the week, with NZR Chair Dame Patsy Reddy threatening to resign if the Boards proposal to change the sport’s leadership structure doesn't go ahead. 

This has a wide-ranging impact on all levels of rugby in New Zealand and is creating tension between the NZR Board and the Provincial unions.  

Piney caught up with Canterbury Rugby Chair Peter Winchester to get his thoughts on the situation, and what impacts it will have on rugby in New Zealand.
