Everton have been docked ten points by an independent commission after being found to have breached English Premier League financial rules.
The league referred the Toffees to the commission in March for an alleged breach of its profit and sustainability rules during the 2021-22 season.
It puts them second to last on the ladder on four points, ahead of only Burnley on goal difference.
Commentator Pete McFarlane joins Elliott Smith to discuss this 'shocking' development.
