Everton have been docked ten points by an independent commission after being found to have breached English Premier League financial rules.

It puts them second to last on the ladder on four points, ahead of only Burnley on goal difference.
Commentator Pete McFarlane joins Elliott Smith to discuss this 'shocking' development.
