The All Blacks will play South Africa in the Rugby World Cup final, following the Springboks' win over England.
The English led 12-6 at halftime and 15-6 with ten minutes to play, until a try by replacement lock RG Snyman helped the team surge towards a victory.
A 49-metre penalty landed by Handre Pollard clinched a lead for the Springboks with two minutes left to go.
