Pierre Rabadan played 318 matches for French Top 14 Rugby Club Stade Français Paris, and 2 tests for France in his playing career.
He's now Deputy Mayor of Paris and in charge of Sport, and the Olympic and Paralympic Games. With the Rugby World Cup less than a week away, Piney caught up with him to discuss the build-up around Paris, and whether he thinks this French team have the ability to win the Webb Ellis Cup.
