Dave Rennie is set to take over as the next All Blacks coach, after weeks of speculation.

This comes three years after former Rugby Australia chair Hamish McLennan sacked Rennie as Wallabies coach and replaced him with Eddie Jones just before the 2023 Rugby World Cup.

McLennan joined Piney to discuss the news - and look ahead to the next World Cup.

Australia's momentum has come crashing to a halt.  

After a big win over Proteas in the first test of the series, the Australian cricket team have fallen to an innings defeat in the second test. 

They were dismissed for just 99 in the first inning, and after being made to follow on, were unable to amass enough runs to force South Africa to the bat again. 

Our Australian Correspondent Adam Peacock joined D'Arcy to discuss the fallout.
