Retired Olympic shot-putter Dame Valerie Adams is regarded as one of the nation's best athletes.

Adams has brought home four Olympic medals over the course of her athletic career, five Commonwealth Games medals - and was named the youngest Dame in New Zealand's history. 

She joined Piney to discuss her accomplishments ahead of the 2024 Paris Olympics.
