The Rugby League season is under 24-hours away, kicking off in Las Vegas. 

Hundreds of fans have descended on the American city as the Warriors are up against the Raiders at 1pm NZT tomorrow.

A hundred thousand fans will pack into the MCG this afternoon as the Fremantle Dockers and Brisbane Lions face off for the AFL title. 

The Brisbane side is chasing their third premiership in a row, while the Dockers are hungry to claim their first-ever title.

Manchester City has found themselves in hot water, facing the biggest challenge in the club's history. 

They've reportedly been found guilty of breaking 114 of the 115 financial rules they were accused of breaching. 

City has vowed to appeal the verdict, but the possibility of severe sanctions hangs heavy over the pitch. 

England Correspondent Jon Norman told Piney with that many charges, it's not just carelessness, it seems to be systematic and endemic cheating on a scale the League has never seen.
