According to reports, New Zealand is set to host a State of Origin game next year.
Code Sports is reporting that the second game of the 2027 series will be held at Auckland’s Eden Park, with a kickoff time of 9:30pm to suit NSW and Queensland viewers.
However, logistical issues are sure to come thanks to the time zone difference and the impact it’ll have on broadcast deals.
