Mpumi Nobiva, lost her parents to AIDS at the age of 9, and was raised by her grandmother with not much, by way of material things. As luck would have it, media mogul Oprah Winfrey, decided to open the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls, and Mpumi is one of the girls that formed part of the inaugural class at the academy and she's since soared to greater heights.
