Meet Reabetjoe Mokoko, also known as ReaTheCookingDietitian—a Registered Dietitian, Chef, and musician with a passion for practical, everyday nutrition. Rea started Plates and Scales in 2016, a health-focused catering company serving everyone from corporate clients to the film industry, and even bringing healthy meals into people’s homes. Her drive to transform nutrition led her to become the first full-time dietitian in the PSL, working with Mamelodi Sundowns Football Club to show just how critical nutrition is for athletes.
