Yesterday, 21 March, was World Down Syndrome Day, a global day dedicated to celebrating people with Down syndrome and raising awareness about their rights, potential, and inclusion in society.

Joining us today is Elaine Passmoor, National Executive Director of Down Syndrome South Africa (DSSA), an organization committed to supporting individuals with Down syndrome and their families. Her middle child Joshua is 17 - going to be 18 next month - happens to have Down syndrome.
