DC Coffee Co. was founded in 2017 by Neil and Samantha Golding as a small coffee shop at Riversands Farm Village. It all started with Neil's daughter's serious health complications which led him to sell off his possessions and take a year off to be present as a father and husband. He later suffered from severe depression and anxiety and tried to commit suicide. The company is now known for its Pay It Forward/Pending Coffee wall and monthly community impact campaigns from Cancer Awareness to Rare Diseases, GBV, Mental Health and now an award winning Coffeeshop in Joburg.
