Consumer expert Wendy Knowler stated that a passenger set to travel on an MSC cruise, was one of the fifty individuals impacted by the baggage mishap. This family was particularly impacted because their clothing, medication, and other belongings had to be abandoned at the airport due to misplaced parcels. The costs incurred by the impacted travelers as a result of their delayed travel present another difficulty.
