Resident CSI & Nature Conservationist, Tim Neary and Co-founder of Ferncliffe forest wilding Project, Janine Stephen on the story of the Ferncliffe forest wilding project which is a restoration and rewilding project based in a mistbelt forest in KwaZulu-Natal. This NPO started in August 2021 by Connor Cullinan and Janine Stephen with an ambition to restore and preserve the Ferncliffe municipal nature reserve. Janine speaks on urban conservation, the challenges they faced in preserving forests, the fulfilment her work brings and on why people should follow her example of volunteering for nature.
