More and more kiwis are struggling to make ends meet at the moment, even people who are making good money are often only scraping by. Now more than ever budgeting your money is incredibly important but most people simply don't understand how to create a proper personal budget.

Tammy Barton created MyBudget in the late 90s when she was just 22 as a way to help the squeezed middle sort out their finances. MyBudget takes away all the stress of creating your own budget by basically doing all the work for you, allocating money for bills, debts, and savings and setting the rest aside for you to do with as you please.

In the episode Toni and Tammy chat about what led Tammy to start MyBudget, why budgeting is about more than just restricting yourself, and how making informed decisions about your money could completely change your life.
