The drought is causing water levels of rivers, and lakes to drop, and in St. Cloud where officials have terminated the hydroelectric power generator due to low levels on the Mississippi River.  Mayor Dave Kleis tells Susie Jones about what the city is experiencing as we go through an historic drought.
