It's another moment in WCCO's 100 years! From 1924 through today, WCCO has always brought the biggest moments in Minnesota, and the nation's, history to listeners across the state.

It was an historic visit for Minnesota and WCCO covered the moment extensively. In June of 1990, Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev and his wife Raisa arrived in Minnesota to meet with business and agricultural leaders in the state.
