Anthony is the owner of Chris’ Red Hots! Anthony’s father bought the truck in the late 80’s/ early 90’s from the original owner (Chris) and it’s been in Anthony’s family ever since!

Anthony started working on the truck at the age of 16, cleaning up, prepping the food for the day, and worked his way to becoming the boss. He officially took over the business 6 years ago. Anthony does everything for the
Truck and store, an insane amount of prep and cleaning is done each day!

He’s got 2 locations, one at Branch Brook Park in Newark, NJ, and a storefront in Verona, right across from Verona Park (on Bloomfield Ave).
