We take a look at the opposition to New York City's plan to install 32-foot tall 5G towers in some of the city's historic neighborhoods.  New York State Assemblymember Alex Bores represents Carnegie Hill, where one of those towers will be installed.   Bores was On the Record with Steve Scott.
