Games of Thrones fever is here in New York City.  Season 2 of House of the Dragon premiered last night on Max.  And here in the city, a big inflatable dragon has taken over the Empire State Building. James Marksbury, level 3 rope access tech/rigger at Jepol Industrial Rope Access, installed the dragon and he joins Newsline with Brigitte Quinn.
