Rescue workers will keep searching for six people who went missing after a cargo ship struck the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore overnight.  The NTSB is investigating reports of a power outage on the ship prior to the impact.  Dr. Charles Carter, Executive Director of the National Steel Bridge Alliance and President of the American Institute of Steel Construction, joins Drive Time with  Michael Wallace.
